Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees vary based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order and your location.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (estimated delivery 5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (estimated delivery 2-3 business days)
  • International Shipping (estimated delivery 10-20 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping: We currently ship to the following countries: USA and Canada. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Any additional charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Returns and Exchanges: Returns must be authorized in advance. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at kpierce@counciltool.com with your order number and reason for the return within 30 of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
